Grid technology now is becoming the tendency of distributed Computing technology in the future, especially in military field of information technology; Grid technology can significantly improve the application ability of military information system. To obtain information superiority and transform the information into decision superiority, US army has proposed that construct a large scaled DOD strategic conduct and control system which supports information gathering, processing, storing, distributing and managing all over the world since mid 1990s. The system Global Information Grid (GIG) provides specific service support is Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES).The purpose of NCES is to provide GIG users with exist everywhere, reliable, high quality Strategic Information visiting which based on SOA.This paper presents a high performance data mining of parallel algorithms and method. By analyzing and discussing the core enterprise service of NCES, this paper adopts parallel computing platform of Transient Virtual Cluster. Then an optimization method of parallel Clustering is proposed based on this platform through the research on PSO algorithm which is proved by the following experiment. The experimental result shows that this algorithm is feasible on the virtual platform. Finally, this paper summarizes research results and put forward further research directions. The deeply study on this field is still in progress.
