Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Building Management System Based On B/S Architecture

With the development of our society, people's demand for building management has been continuously improved, which has changed from the automation management to the intelligent management.The current intelligent building management systems have the problems of the integration of equipment, remote control, data sharing, system linkage and other aspects. And with the continuous progress of information technology, the current building management systems lag behind the current state of technology in the organization structure, technology base. Therefore, it is of practical significance to establish a general and intelligent building management system based on B/S architecture.B/S structure based intelligent building management system is to build a integrated building management system with low cost (by using the free and open source database, component), distributed, easy to deploy, easy to maintain, easy to expand, and with platform compatibility. Through intelligent building management system to achieve data sharing and linkage between the building equipment, the information exchange and sharing between the building equipment and the external system is realized.Firstly, the development of intelligent building management system at home and abroad are introduced, and the existing problems and developing direction of the existing intelligent building management system are analyzed. Based on the status quo analysis of the intelligent building management system, combined with the advantages of the current information of the latest technologies (Java, JEE7 architecture, and so on), database system, technical system and the design and development environment are to established.Then, carries on the system requirement analysis, establishes the system logic structure, the design goal and so on. Subsequently, the system design and detailed design are described, combined with the mature BACnet building management protocol, the system's data needs are analyzed, and the data model is setup. The physical structure and function structure of the system are established. The system has the advantages of distributed architecture, remote access capability, platform compatibility, and so on. Then, based on the establishment of the technical system and the system design, this paper expounds the development and testing of the system, and gives the relevant results.At last, the paper summarizes the overall work of the project, analyzes the shortcomings of the system, and gives the direction of further improvement.
