Investigation And Research On The Operational Situation Of The Community Libraries In Lanzhou City

Lanzhou city library construction has been more than ten years, founded by the initial mass phase transition to the last stage of construction. However the continued construction of the library of Lanzhou city community is not balanced. Therefore, the study to analyze the operational status of different types of community library in Lanzhou city as the breakthrough point, trying to find construction problems of Lanzhou community library in the process of continuous problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Taking public office assistant, private people help, private self-help type as the standard type, the study has chosen three typical cases that the Qilihe District Fort Bend community H library, Chengguan District beach elite community L library, Qilihe District West Park Street X library.At first, the basic situation of operation of a full range of investigation of three typical cases in terms of hardware facilities, collection of library, service content, management, talent team construction. Second, through the questionnaire surveys, learn about the readers use cases of three community library.And through the popularity and learn ways of the community library, readers use behavior preference, the main problems, we will carry on comparative analysis. Then, comparative analysis of three community library reader satisfaction, we use the Rodski satisfaction survey method, from the perspective of the readers to evaluate the community library management and service performance, to determine the key direction of the management and community library and the need to improve the priority areas and perfect.Based on the above research results, Lanzhou city community library existing common problems of existing problems, also have the problem of feature. Among them, a common question is:lanzhou city community library is funding a single, continuous investment is insufficient, the talent team construction level is generally low.
