Nvestigation And Research On The Present Situation Of The Construction And Service Of Community Libraries In Hefei City

The Community library is an important part of the construction of the public cultural service system in China during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.Today,with the increasingly prosperous culture,people are paying more and more attention to the improvement of spiritual living standards.Community libraries are the carriers of grassroots cultural communication.Community libraries play an increasingly important role in people's lives.In order to develop public cultural undertakings,the development of the community library in Hefei has been relatively rapid in recent years,which is mainly reflected in the scale of the community library and its all-round construction and services.Due to the increasing importance of community library construction and services,the number of community libraries has also grown rapidly.The scale,construction level,and service quality of community libraries are also gradually increasing,but there are also many flaws in their development.Based on the investigation of the current situation of community library construction and service in Hefei City,this paper attempts to find out the problems existing in the development of the Hefei Community Library,and explores the reasons for its existence and proposes its own reasons.Targeted scientific advice is expected to benefit the future construction and development of the Hefei Community Library.The author used literature research method,field investigation method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other methods to research and investigate the status quo of Hefei City community library construction and service.The area of the Hefei Community Library,the age of the employees,academic qualifications,majors,funding,construction of document resources,construction of supporting facilities,construction of information technology,awareness of community libraries serving residents,and residents' use of the library Activities such as activity methods,evaluation of community libraries by residents,types of books and magazines of which residents are more interested,evaluation of residents'service to librarians,and residents' satisfaction with community library readers'activities were investigated.Its research results are as follows.In the process of development,Hefei Community Library has a low level of talent team construction,lagging infrastructure facilities,capital shortages,inadequate community library propaganda,incomplete information level,and lack of featured services.The problems are summarized and their solutions are provided for reference by people from all walks of life.The paper mainly includes six parts.The main contents of each part are as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research purpose and significance of the whole paper,analyzes the current situation of community library construction and service at home and abroad,and the innovation of this paper.The second part is the statistical investigation of the construction and service of Hefei Community Library.The third part is the three classic cases of Furong Community.Library of Hefei City,the Library Service Center of Hefei High-tech Zone,and the Tianle Community Library of Gaoxin District of Hefei City.They are from the construction status and service conditions respectively.Conduct analysis and discussion.The fourth part is the summary of the achievements made since the construction of Hefei Community Library in recent years and the development of community libraries in the public service.The fifth part is through the data analysis of the overall construction and service conditions of the community library,summing up its existing problems in construction and analysis of the reasons.The sixth part is aimed at the problems existing in the community library construction and services summarized above and proposes targeted suggestions and measures.
