Mobile Library Service Quality Research On The Influence Of Reader Satisfaction And Loyalty

With the development of Internet,the library as the important tool of cultural transmission also revealed a scene-mobile library of keeping pace with The Times.Although library service model in constant updates,but is still faced with many problems and challenges.For example: poor readers satisfaction low,reader loyalty,etc.,there are these reasons may be various,but with the service time of the library itself.Based on this article mainly from the mobile library service quality aspects,studies factors influencing the reader satisfaction and loyal audience front.To constantly increase the readers' satisfaction,enhance readers' loyalty.In this paper,the quality of service is divided into service information,service environment,service interaction and service results,four dimensions,design scale,with partial provinces and cities in east China area of university library and the library readers to a questionnaire survey was conducted as the research object,and the research results of the empirical analysis,validate scientificity and rationality of the scale,the quality of service for readers readers satisfaction,loyalty,and draw the following conclusion:(1)The reader's satisfaction,the four dimensions of service information service quality and service environment,service interactions,and the result of the services have a positive impact on satisfaction,(2)The reader loyalty,only the service environment and service interaction loyalty positive impact on readers.Finally,the author discussed the result of the study and put forward the improvement strategy,so as to achieve the aim of increasing reader's satisfaction and loyalty.
