In recent years, the concept and products of cloud computing have been advent continuously with the country’s vigorously promotion and many big IT company’s focus on.Cloud computing products and services entirely relying on the existence of the Internet,is a high-end developing product in modern Internet, It is a more completely, more reasonable, more efficient use of Internet resources. Cloud computing products and services have almost all the features of the traditional Internet products and services; while because it’s advanced, the traditional Internet products and services’evaluation criteria of experience could not cover it.Existing cloud service quality indicators, namely cloud service level agreements, is an contractually bound for cloud service providers, from a technical point of view to improve the quality of service. However, most users do not care about the details of products design, they only care about the effect and quality of using, that is perceived quality, which is an important factor of a cloud service can " stick " users. So, it is particularly important to propose a evaluation criterion of cloud products or services based on user experience.In this paper, the author choosing this typical cloud computing products — 12306 railway ticket system as a research, object and tried to get the quality evaluation system of cloud computing products or services based on user experience.Firstly, by reading a lot of literature, and combing with the discuss focus group, the author listed the quality factors of cloud computing products or services under user experience, and attempted to build quality evaluation system exploratory. Secondly, according to the resulting evaluation indicators, designed questionnaires, conducted the questionnaire survey on-line, and used SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity of the data, Got the final quality evaluation system of cloud service information systems based on user experience. Finally, optimization strategies were puts forward to improve the user experience.
