The Study Of Cloud Service Evaluation And Selection Based On The User Experience

In recent years, cloud computing rapidly develops and has been widely used. People achieve the goal that access the computing in the absence of computer infrastructure. More and more SMEs and individual users are inclined to use cloud services to build their business systems or personal applications. With the increasing competition of cloud market, multiple cloud service providers have developed a large number of products with same or similar features. Therefore, the issue that how to reasonably evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various cloud services has become an advanced research hotspot in the area of academic and industry.Now the commonly used indicator that can most directly reflect the cloud computing performance is the quality of service(QoS). However, with the opinion of user-centered is getting more and more attention, the quality of user experience(QoE) gradually becomes the key to measure the quality of the cloud service. Therefor, this paper will research the evaluation and selection of cloud service from the perspective of the user experience. The evaluation model presented in this paper has a great impact both on the theoretical research and the practical application. In practical application, it not only can help the users select the ideal cloud service products which conform to their own needs, but also can help the cloud service providers pointedly improve products.First of all, we introduce the background and significance of the research on cloud service evaluation, and summarize the research actualities related to cloud service evaluation, user experience(UE) and evaluation decision methods.Secondly, it presents the QoE attributes of cloud service according to the 5E model of UE, then it builds a evaluation model of individual users about cloud service, and determines the influencing factors of evaluation on the basis of existing research, and then raises five hypotheses.Thirdly, for the above model and hypotheses, the questionnaire is designed and distributed through the network, and the data are analyzed by SPSS after the data collection. Then each factor’s different impact on QoE evaluation is calculated. At last, it verifies the rationality of the hypotheses.Finally, this paper selects the cloud storage service as the specific object to further verify the rationality of the evaluation model.
