Evaluation System Research And Implementation Of The Smartphone User Experience

Compared to the traditional mobile phone, smartphone has a revolutionary change, which requires new suitable evaluation system and evaluation methods. The industry generally recognized to carry out tests based on user experience, which is the core indicator for comprehensive and effective evaluation of the smartphone. This paper focuses on research and implementation of smart phone users experience evaluation system, the main work is as follows:1) The paper presents the smartphone user experience evaluation system. To realize the whole smartphone user experience evaluation, evaluation system gives the evaluation indexes from six aspects, including communication performance, audio and video performance, power consumption and heat dissipation, compatibility and stability, benchmark performance and system responsiveness. Besides, the evaluation system generally gives evaluation methods of the evaluation indexes.2) In order to deal with the test result data and get the overall evaluation of smartphone users experience, the paper presents two methods, namely the weighted sum method and the artificial neural network based method. Difficulties in data integration process are indicators may have different units and significance and indicators may have different effects on the overall evaluation. The weighted sum method uses data standardization process to unify the data, and it uses factor analysis and AHP to decide each evaluation index weight. The artificial neural network based method uses data standardization process of the former. With its learning ability, the artificial neural network based method establishes relationships between evaluation index and the overall evaluation through training samples to achieve integrated data processing.3) Under the guidance of the evaluation system, the paper completed part work to achieve the test system. The paper completes the analysis of the test system and the overall design of the hardware and software architecture. On the basis of the hardware platform, the paper developed the user interface, data access, manipulator control and cainera control modules, so that the test system has the ability to simulate human-computer interaction. On this basis, some system response delay related test cases are developed and tested.
