With the development of Internet technology and the improvement of hardware performance, the architecture and system application of computer information become more and more huge. In the current IT system, the deployment of various devices, hosts, applications and business systems make the IT architecture increasingly complex, traditional operation and maintenance service is not from the heart. In addition to the cost of expansion, the annual investment of maintenance and human resource is really a costly cost. Although the organization can be temporarily met in a single event or demand, when combine heterogeneous systems, platforms, it also need to spend a lot of manpower and resources. In the face of increasingly complex IT system and the growing number of software and hardware equipment, how to do a good job of maintenance services, to ensure the safe and normal operation of the IT system; how to integration, management, maintenance, analysis and induce regeneration efficiency of log data, this will be increasingly urgent problems faced by the management, operation and maintenance.Through a combination of operation service management status, this paper analysis the domestic and international concept of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), designs the operation and maintenance service management system based on the big data cloud computing technology combined with the standard procedure of ITIL V3. IT operation and maintenance service system is divided into two parts. The maintenance service monitoring platform based on open source real-time distributed real-time computing system storm and high data distributed processing Hadoop framework, storm for real-time monitoring of data processing, Hadoop supplement off-line processing task, this method is real-time, efficient and has more advantages. The significance of this paper is to change the traditional mode of operation and maintenance, to upgrade the operation and maintenance services, to reduce investment and improve efficiency, and provide enterprises with necessary data support.
