Evaluating on the National Digital Publishing Bases is the key work to promoteChina’s digital publishing industry development. In the context that China’s publishingindustry vigorously carry out the going out, enterprises began to expand overseasmarket and achieved some remarkable results. The major themes that the academicschool mostly concerned are the difficulties that digital publishing faced and theproblems that in badly need to be solved when it performing, but the research for thetentative National Digital Publishing Bases is basically focus on the current situation.There’s little research on the assessment of development of national digital publishingbases.This paper takes the national digital publishing bases as the main research object,using the method of analytic hierarchy process as the main research methods,combining with the characteristics of digital publishing bases, so that to build the indexsystem of digital publishing bases.This thesis introduces the concept, the formation mechanism, the developmentmode of all the national digital publishing bases in our country. What’s more, we canrealize the importance of the construction of national digital publishing bases at thebackground of China’s publishing going out. According to index system, the thesisutilizes mutual comparison method to ensure the weight of every hierarchy index,calculating how much does every index affects national digital publishing bases. Inaddition, we can gauge all the bases in our country by using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method.In a word, there are some problems with infrastructure, talent training, exportproducts at macroscopic level.
