A Comparative Study Of National Digital Publishing Bases Along The Yangtze River

The research object of this paper is the national digital publishing base established by the national press and publishing authority successively along the Yangtze River since 2008.At present,there are eight national digital publishing bases.According to along the Yangtze River,the order from west to east is:Chongqing Liangjiang New Area National Digital Publishing Base,Central and South China National Digital Publishing Base,Central China National Digital Publishing Base,Jiangxi National Digital Publishing Base,Anhui National Digital Publishing Base,Jiangsu National Digital Publishing Base,Hangzhou National Digital Publishing Base and Shanghai Zhangjiang National Digital Publishing Base.Among them,the former of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area National Digital Publishing Base was Base of North Chongqing New Area National Digital Publishing,which was changed to its current name in 2016.In this paper,comparative analysis,case analysis,network investigation,Defil method,field investigation and quantitative analysis methods are used to compare and analyze the planning of the national digital publishing base along the Yangtze River from four aspects:territorial policy,synergy mechanism,competitive advantage and overall scale.By comparing the special planning policies and related supporting policies of the provinces and cities,the planning of the national digital publishing base along the Yangtze River is analyzed.Through the comparison of industry-university-research cooperation and collaboration platform,its collaboration situation is analyzed;through the comparison of industrial chain composition and brand characteristics,its competitive advantage is analyzed;through the comparison of spatial layout and economic scale,its overall scale is analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the national digital publishing base along the Yangtze River are sorted out,which can provide reference for the optimization and improvement of the development model of digital publishing industry cluster in China.It also promotes the national digital publishing industry bases along the Yangtze River to learn from each other,learn from each other's strengths,complement each other's weaknesses,and coordinate with each other,so as to excavate more possible forms,paths and starting points for the realization of competitive strategy for China's digital publishing industry clusters,and fully realize the radiation-driven role of the major national development strategy regions.Chapter 1 introduces the purpose,significance and current situation of this study,clarifies the research object,defines the concepts involved in the study,elaborates the research content and methods,and puts forward the innovative points of this study.Chapter 2 compares the scale of eight national digital publishing bases in terms of their spatial distribution and economic scale.The purpose is to arouse people's attention and reflection on the scale of national digital publishing bases,and to provide some inspiration and suggestions on how to plan and determine the appropriate scale and optimal scale of national digital publishing bases by national and local governments.Chapter 3 compares the territorial policy environment of eight national digital publishing bases along the Yangtze River,analyses the influence and restriction of national digital publishing bases by various policies at the national,local and industrial levels from the external characteristics and policy content,and considers providing factual basis for promoting the faster and better development of national digital publishing bases from the perspective of policy and government management.Chapter 4 uses synergetics theory to analyze the multi-synergy mechanism of eight national digital publishing bases along the Yangtze River under the guidance of the policy planning of governments at all levels,from management to operation,so as to provide reference for deepening and improving the construction of synergy mechanism of national digital publishing bases.Chapter 5 uses Porter's diamond theory model to select four factors as the entry point:production factor conditions,demand conditions,related industries and supporting industries,enterprise strategy,structure and competition.It compares and analyses the competitive advantages,disadvantages and existing problems of industrial clusters of eight national digital publishing bases along the Yangtze River.Chapter 6 summarizes the problems found in the study,and puts forward countermeasures or suggestions to solve the problems,which can provide reference for the layout planning and construction of the national digital publishing and publishing base along the Yangtze River and even in the whole country.Chapter 7 summarizes the conclusions of the study,reflects on the limitations of the study,and looks forward to future research.
