| In recent years, help class livelihood television news appeared in varioustelevision channel almost all over the country, with a strong developing momentum, aswell as the ratings increasing. In purpose of help people, television programs appearin the television screens of thousands upon thousands of families’, it can not onlyappeal for the social vulnerable groups, but also help them solving troublesencountered in the actual production and daily life, as in the following, the programsbecome a communication bridge among the government, enterprises and citizens. helpclass journalist keep a record of the helping process as intervention and record,which play an important role in people’s livelihood news.The research object of this article is help class livelihood news programs,explore it with niche of media ecology theory and media ecological system theories.This paper consists of five chapters: the first chapter of this article elaborated theresearch background, research significance and research method, and discussesed theconcept of livelihood news programs. In the second chapter, the author deems that thebirth of the livelihood news programs is the inevitable result of the niche separation,the division of its type is also comply with the demand of niche segment and cater tothe needs of audience. The third chapter studies the internal and external ecologicalenvironment of livelihood news, the interaction between internal and externalecological environment of the organic, laid a solid foundation for its rise anddevelopment.
