| Television livelihood news program played an important role in the development process of Chinese television news, it grew up in the provincial terrestrial channels, and it also helped these channels have a place in the competition between medias. However, with the birth and development of new media world, the provincial terrestrial channels’ situation became more and more disaster, because it lacks in innovation capability, and coupled with the impact of new media, it just can struggle in the crevice. This essay is based on the public channel of Anhui radio and TV station as an example in the background of new media, analyses the provincial terrestrial channels how to change the concept of development, produce itself advantage and how to cooperate with the new media, thus form its own development path.I worked as an intern in Anhui public channel in the summer of 2010 and the second half of 2014, in four years’ time, whether as an audience or a reporter, I personally feel the change of Anhui public channel’s television livelihood news program in the new media environment. In the process of practice, I also found some development problems of people’s livelihood news. So I want to discuss the development way of China’s provincial terrestrial channels’ television livelihood news program using my practical experience and theory of knowledge.The provincial terrestrial channels’ television livelihood news program has been harmed by itself and the external force. On the one hand, it lacks in innovation capability, on the other hand, the new media has changed the habits of the audience receiving information, thus the livelihood of the people news program’s audience ratings become decline. This paper aims to analyze the current plight of the provincial terrestrial channels’ television livelihood news program, and combined with the case of Anhui public channel to analysis this programs how to save themselves, and thy to discuss these livelihood news program how to produce its own advantage and apply the new media resources. Although the new media brings opportunities and strength, the development of TV media can’t leave the new media, the television livelihood news program has its own special advantages, these cannot be discarded.In this paper, the introduction mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad.A development course of television news of people’s livelihood in China is analyzed in the first chapter.The second chapter aims to clarify the plights of the provincial terrestrial channels’ television livelihood news program, these difficulties include the development of the drawbacks and the impact from the new media.The third chapter summarizes the practice of Anhui public channel; analyze its changes of content settings, brand management, communication platform and other aspects, in order to meet the need of the development of the new media environment at present stage, what the Provincial terrestrial channels have already done, this is to pave the way for the next chapter.The forth chapter will talk about the livelihood of the people news program’s characteristics of the survival and development. I think if the television livelihood news program follows the new media blindly, then it will lose its own characteristics. In the new media environment, the television livelihood news programs need to know how to play to their own advantages, then according to the need to seek the cooperation with new media. This chapter will analysis the provincial terrestrial channels’ television livelihood news program’s advantage firstly. The second section will discusses the concept of changes in content, management and dissemination of the television program in the new media environment. The third section will present some new path for the livelihood of the people news programs. In the new media environment, television livelihood news program could develop the depth reporting, give full play to the effectiveness of broadcast live and return to the nature of news.The end is the conclusion. |
