China."Live hainan" in hainan province is one of the most influential TV livelihood news programs,has been based on the ordinary life of the people,all the people care about news events,"live hainan" will be positive response,in hainan local obtained a lot of loyal audience.Through the development of the live broadcast of the hainan,hainan people of radio,film and television can be seen in practice and thinking over the history of change,at the same time can also be a snapshot of the development of Chinese local people's livelihood news of opportunities and challenges in the process.Jiangsu radio and TV station in 2002 launched the first leg of the people's livelihood news and fire over the country,local TV livelihood news officially on stage the television news,in 2007,the Internet and mobile value-added fast development,our country entered a new media era,the era of new media,great changes have taken place in the whole transmission environment,the Internet has brought media fusion technology becoming more mature,media function,mode of transmission,organization structure and so on all aspects by the new media.In other words,the traditional media under TV represents the combination of platform channel,content resource and operation mode of mobile terminals such as Internet,mobile phone and tablet computer.In the integration with the new Internet media,the problems and challenges faced by local TV people's livelihood news in the pursuit of development and transformation are becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper,the concept of people's livelihood news from TV,first explain the conceptof news,and then to define the people's livelihood news,then the local television news review of the development process of the people's livelihood,in the development of the local TV livelihood news to understand somewhat,to "live hainan" as the specific research object,focusing on hainan local television news program analyzes people's livelihood.Under the background of media convergence in combination with the live broadcast of the hainan development present situation,teasing out the problems existing in the hainan local TV livelihood news: news gathering source quality is not high,the depth of the contents of the news is not enough,columns serious homogeneity and role positioning inaccurate,incorrect use of supervision,lack of thinking in the new media,sustainable development outlook is not enough,and put forward the corresponding development of countermeasures to solve these problems.In other words,the
