Research On Hunan Newspaper Ecological Environment And Development Strategy

Hunan press is having substantial progress in recent years. But, Hunan press is still having great gaps comparing with other province whose press is more developed. The causes these gaps produced are the develop levels of economic and other mass media besides policy and law and culture. And the interior management system of press urgently needs innovation. The regional market structure and the unitary profit pattern of Hunan press have already become the problems that it should face to during the developing period. If Hunan press wants to walk in front of the whole nation and occupy an important place in international media, it is necessary to analyses the ecological environment which it relies on for existing and developing from the point of view that the basic composing element of ecosystem environment.From an 'Ecological Environment' perspective, by a combing use of qualitative and quantitative research methods and by investigating some representative newspapers in Hunan, this paper analyzes the influence of Hunan newspaper community from the existing political, economic, cultural and other social ecological environment and expounds countermeasures for the development of Hunan newspaper community under the existing conditions.Part One introduces the ecology theory and research on the use of this theory in the mass media. Part Two selects several representative newspapers in Hunan as a study to illustrate the status of the development of Hunan newspaper community. Part Three analyzes the influence of social ecological systems on Hunan newspaper community and the relationship between the community and various social systems. Part Four points out the direction of the development of Hunan newspaper community.As the reform in the domestic newspaper community is in full swing, Hunan Newspaper must start from reality, look into the future and find development strategies suitable for itself. Through the study of this paper the author hopes to provide some references to a profound understanding of the interaction between newspaper' s ecological environment and the development of newspaper community, as well as references to the development of Hunan newspaper community.
