Research On Design And Packaging Of Automobile Used Solar Sensor

The development of the sun sensors has been continued for more than30years. Astheir theory were intensively studied, their applications are more consummated.They’remainly used in automotive electronics. However, as the sun sensors made by abroad havelower cost and higher reliability and other advantages, most of the internal market havebeen taken over.In this thesis,the author took research on the principle of the sun sensors andconsidering the environment they worked, studying the detection circuit of sun sensors andselected the important component parts by the circuit designing. In the process of testing,the sensor can work effectively[1], only subtle aspects are missing.This paper mainly studied on the following three aspects:Firstly, the working principle of the sun sensor is studied deeply, the photoelectricdetector were selected, and introduces the photodiode to photoelectric effect based..Inaddition, the lens used on sun sensor are selected and are made instructions on M curve, theauthor studied the operation of sensor feedback process, automotive air conditioning inworking conditions and environment.Secondly, the detection circuit of sun sensor is designed. Based on its workingprinciple research, the author has drew schematics, calculated and chosen the desireddevice, and finally tested the sensor in the standard Alight source and the sun.Finally, the author simply designed the sun sensor package.Combined with the currentsensors on the market, The author carries on the choice to the sensor cover shape, and the360°angle response of the corresponding research, overcomes the plane cover level angledifference problem, and chose the materials. The author carries on the design to the base ofthe shell structure and analyzed the assembly structure, which met the design requirements.
