Design And Implementation Of Rechargeable Payment System Based On SMS Services

With the development and popularity of wireless communication terminal,mobile phones and other mobile devices have become a necessity for human activity.It is necessary for telecom operators to construct a low-cost and wide-coveragebusiness agent system----making mobile phones payment or business acceptanceterminal by setting agencies in remote areas----so as to guarantee the payment frompeople in remote areas or areas with inconvenient transportation and other services,reduce their operating costs, mitigate the service pressure of the business branches,solve the problem that people in the suburbs, towns, and rural areashave difficulty inpaying mobile phone chargesand finding the place of payment and enhance thecustomers’ satisfaction and loyalty. The agents finish communication,recharge-payment transactions, reverse of payment and resold payment, query ofreports, etc. via SMS platform.Finally, through summarizing the data of the actual business in a province, thispaperstates that the Rechargeable Payment System based on SMS Servers has a goodprospect of market application. This validates the design objective of the system.Using SMS top-up system can help the mobile phone users prepay their phone feeconveniently and at the same time, help the agents and mobile operators save cost andresources. It is the best choice for the underdeveloped areas where online service isunavailable.
