With the gradual popularization of Expressway ETC,the number of users is increasing year by year,but the difficulty of ETC card recharge is also followed.At present,the ETC card recharge is still mainly dependent on the ETC business service point,and the number and service characteristics of the business points seriously restrict the use of the ETC card.According to the state of Jiang Su Expressway ETC card-SUTONGKA,the purpose of this project is to improve the way of prepaid card charging through advanced technology.So that it can provide more convenient and more advanced recharge services and experience for the cardholder,and can reduce the construction and maintenance of recharge outlets,save SUTONGKA system operating costs.According to the actual situation and demand of SUTONGKA operators,combined with the use of security technology,NFC card reading and writing technology,payment technology in the system development process,the content and process of the system construction are described in detail from the system requirements analysis,system design,system detailed design,system testing,and other aspects of the system.The project includes these aspects:(1)SuTong card recharge system mobile phone APP based on public network communication,the thesis proposes the security requirements of the system.Through the analysis of data security requirements and data encryption technology,this thesis uses symmetric key algorithm and public key algorithm to achieve the balance of security and efficiency.(2)The thesis analyzes the requirement of mobile phone APP read-write card system,lists all the read-write card operations that need to be performed.Through the analysis of the requirement of reading and writing cards and the technology of NFC mobile phone reading and writing cards,a stable and reliable reading and writing card scheme is designed.(3)In this thesis,the mobile payment,the third party payment and the Alipay are deeply analyzed in combination with the demand.We choose the mature,safe and reliable Alipay and WeChat payment as the mobile payment method for the card users to pay the recharge.A stable and reliable payment scheme is designed according to the requirements of Alipay and WeChat payment interface.System test run results show that the system can meet the quick recharge needs of the card users,reduce the operation cost of the SUTONGKA system.The system has important practical value.
