Analysis And Design Of Mobile Phone Payment Business Platform

With the expansion of China's mobile communication network scale, the maturity of communication technologies, as well as the issuance of 3G licenses to operators, the competition of the domestic telecommunications market has become increasingly fierce. The paper includes:1, the GSM mobile communication network system is analyzed;2, the actual situation in Henan Mobile, analyze the requirement of the mobile phone payment business;3, the construction program and the key processes of the mobile phone payment platform on the basis of the existing network is designed;4, ways to achieve several payment businesses are given.The design of the overall framework and business processes of mobile phone payment platform in this paper is a combination of advantages and advanced technologies of the existing domestic payment system. It better guarantees the safety of the transaction, the accessibility of the business and the flexibility of the payment. Furthermore, it effectively reduces the risk of bad debts and arrears, strongly supports the brand marketing and differential services.
