As a kind of auto-identification techniques that has extensively applied realm, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has been affirmed by many domestic and international professional technique organizations in recent years as an information technique that has good prospects in the future. The technique of WSN(Wireless Sensor Network), which involves sensors, network correspondence,wireless data transmission, embedded calculation, distribute information processing, which is also considered as one of the new technologies having good prospects, and has become the international important and main study. The WSN and RFID technology will combine for positioning equipment, which has important theoretical significance and broad prospects.This paper combine active RFID technology and the advantages of ZigBee technology in WSN, research the positioning system, which applied in Shandong Province Science and Technology Museum.This paper combines foundation theories and actual development. First, some problems existing in recent RFID system is trimmed and analyzed, such as sensitivity, dependence on direction, short effective range of certain medium. Then the above-mentioned problems are solved in the way that combines the characteristics of WSN system, and realized on idiographic platform. The system is a general system of electronic RFID tags and readers of the function, with automatic networking and awareness of the wireless sensor network nodes, and thus form a stronger performance RFNIS system;In addition,the project design label reader and equipment are available on the Common Gateway Interface, such as RS232, 485 interface with the interface with the existing standards such RFID readers docking, the expansion of the traditional RFID system functions and network transmission performance;The upper management software system provides users with a unified program interface, the software enables users in the design, based on the configuration module can be flexible in the form of changes to their formation of a dedicated, and the specific needs of dedicated system management and Control software.Finally, this paper will design the positioning system, which used in Shandong Province Science and Technology Museum, the results show that, the system is safe, reliable, greatly improving the management of the Science and Technology Museum.
