With the development of science and technology and the intensification of marketcompetition, the manufacturing industry of China has entered a more intensecompetitive environment. The production management and the monitoring ofproduction process become much more important. Different from traditional barcodetechnology, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) can identify and storageinformation efficiently,fast and safely during exercise fast, and it can be reusable. Ithas changed the way of the manual data collection and improved work efficiency. Itcan be able to monitor the production process. The article analyzes the structure of theRFID information dimension and the RFID event processing system. The structure isdivided into read events, the simple events, the complex events and the status eventsin this article; According to the complexity of the production process, designs theevent of RFID processing framework, describes the complete lifecycle of RFID event,and quantitative assessment this framework in this article, the frame contains thefollowing three modules: the simple event processing module, the complex eventprocessing module, and the diagnostic module of the system status. As being repliedto MES, this frame helps the enterprises improve the real-time monitoring capabilityand simplifies the complex input-data process which used to need on-the-spot manualor hand operation.This paper focuses on the study of the production of RFID technology for theMES real-time monitoring problems and deep analysis about the trend of thedevelopment of RFID and the situation of MES. It illustrates the necessity of theapplication of RFID in the MES. This paper presents the RFID Event HandlingFramework. In terms of data collection and information processing the RFID Eventprocess framework in the paper provides effective support for MES real-timeproduction monitoring applications, and focuses on the design of the systemdiagnostics module. The case is realized based on the preparation of AMPL ModelingLanguage, and the theories and methods of how to build real-time monitoringcapabilities of MES.
