Research And Development Of RFID Middleware Oriented Manufacturing Shop Field Data Acquisition

At present, the radio frequency identification technology successfully applies in many fields,suchas,the internet of things,logistics,transportation,automatization,medical service,manufacturingindustry,agriculture and animal husbandry etal.For real-time collecting parts information,the radiofrequency identification and middleware technology is applied in collecting data of manufacturingworkshop. And the radio frequency identification middleware is researched and developed in thisarticle.The major research contents of the thesis were as follows:(1)The theories and contents the radio frequency identification middleware applied inmanufacturing workshop were researched and analyzed.The overall structure of RFID middlewareoriented manufacture were researched and designed.Additionally,the RFID middleware adopted thedistributed structure.Last the main contents of the RFID middleware were designed.(2) The data encryption and decryption was used in the middleware so as to protect partsmanufacturing information.The data encryption and decryption functions adopted in the RFIDmiddleware were systematically designed and realized.How the middleware called the data encryptionand decryption was designed and implemented.(3)In this paper,the reader interface and application program interface of the RFID middlewarewere designed.So the RFID middleware could connect all kinds of reader and integrate with thesystem of manufacturing enterprise.The information from reader was filtered to avoid the upper layerapplication to obtain a large amount of repeated information.(4)Based on research of key technologies,the RFID middleware prototype system was verified toprovide real-time workshop data for upper-level application system.
