With the rapid development of transportation industry in our country, tunnelhas got a long-term development as a part of the road. The quality of tunnellighting dimming, lighting lamps and lanterns and the selection of lighting lampsand lanterns will directly affect and decide tunnel traffic safety and the cost oftunnel operation.It is a trend that high-power semiconductor LED light source be used asmain tunnel lighting lamps and lanterns at present. It has good brightnessadjustability and efficient energy-saving effect. For the particularity of the lightwhen the train in and out of the tunnel. it is easy to produce "the zebra effect”.The advantage of LED light source should avoid glare and stroboscopic effectcompletely.Electric power carrier communication technology is a kind of technologythat to use the power line in distribution network to control transmission signal.Power line carrier communication adopts the existing electric power network as amedium of communication. Don’t have to lay a transmission line. Only someresistance wave device such as a small amount of equipment can achievecommunication function. A lot of occasions are all adopt this easy and cheap way.The thesis designed and developed a kind of tunnel LED lighting controlsystem on the foundation of electric power carrier communication technologyand semiconductor lighting control technology. In thesis, firstly, I introduced thecurrent low voltage electric power carrier technology development in ourcountry.the article elaborates the advantage of high-power semiconductor LEDused in tunnel lighting. And combined with the most common use technology ofcarrier signal demodulation. Considered of the actual particularity power grid structure and power supply system characteristics in our country. I adapt chipPL3106which researched and developed independent by our country as the corechip of the communication control. And to analysis interference characteristic ofSpread-spectrum communication technology in Power Line Carrier Communication and simulation study. On this basis, we design a new type of semiconductortunnel intelligent lighting control system. And the Concrete implementationcircuit of lighting control system. Combined with communication agreement LonTalk and adopted C language programming we managed to developedSemiconductor lighting control system software. Through the actual lighting test,we achieve the expected effect of energy saving, smart and safe operation.
