In recent years,China's economy is developing rapidly,but the economic development mainly relies on industry exports that is high energy consumption and emission,which leads to rapid growth of energy consumption and emissions.The electric power industry is a large part of energy consumption,whose consumption of coal accounts for more than 60% of the total consumption.The electric power industry chain mainly includes three parts: power generation,power transmission and electricity consumption.Among the three,the waste of energy is the most serious in the part of electricity consumption.For example,in schools,shopping malls and other public places,it's usual that people leave without turning the lights off.Many a little make a mickle,and the waste is immeasurable.However,the traditional control methods of lighting equipment in public place are mostly manual control,which is very inconvenient and causes unnecessary consumption of human resources.When it turns to the smart home,the products for controlling electrical equipment are mostly based on wireless communication technology,which is vulnerable to obstacles,communication distance and other factors.Aiming at the above problems of the current control method of public lighting equipment,and in response to the national call for low carbon,environmental protection,energy saving and emission reduction,a remote control system for public lighting based on power line carrier technology has been studied and designed.The relevant work is described as follows:(1)The overall architecture of remote control system for public lighting has been designed.After the analysis and study on the overall function requirements of system,and the research of power line carrier communication technology,serial interface communication technology and wireless communication technology,based on the realization of the main function of the remote control of public lighting equipment,in order to implement the innovative features such as two-way communication of control information,custom setting of PLC communication encoding,crossing the transformer to communication,the scheme of remote electrical control system is designed.As the grid is ready and wide coverage,power line carrier technology is chosen as the main means of communication,complemented by serial interface communication technology,IIC bus technology,and ZigBee wireless communication technology.Since campus is the application scenarios,the overall architecture mainly consists of PC in control center,master control module,PLC switch and wireless communication module.(2)The hardware model has been selected and circuit has been designed for remote control system for public lighting.According to the working process of the system,the main control module,the wireless communication module and the PLC switch unit have been studied and designed.After the research of the cost and performance about related hardware,judged with system requirements and the actual conditions,finally the HLPLCS520 F chip has been chosen to realize the power line carrier communication function in the system,the CC2530 series chip has been chosen to construct the Zig Bee wireless communication module in the system,and ARM7 series embedded chip LPC2103 and MCS-51 microcontroller has been respectively chosen as the control center of the master control module and PLC switch module.On the basis of research,analysis and determining the hardware selection,the hardware circuit of master control module,wireless communication module,PLC switch have been designed according to the functional requirements.(3)Software function of the remote control system for public lighting has been designed and implemented.Based on the research of function of the system and the design of hardware structure,the software for each function unit has been designed.According to the requirement of the software design,plans for each function have been presented and the corresponding function flow charts have been drawn.Then combined with the overall requirements of system,ZigBee protocol,IIC protocol and other related content have been studied.After the research of the development platform for PC interface design,microcontroller program design and wireless communication software design,management interface of PC in control center has been designed,programming for master control module,PLC switch and wireless communication module have been completed.The software function test of the whole system has been completed after the independent debugging of the software function of each unit,and the defects have been improved.(4)The anti-jamming performance of the system has been studied.First,the interference in the system,especially the interference characteristics of the power line carrier communication,has been analyzed and studied.By analyzing the possible problems of the system,based on study of communication interference phenomenon,proposed measures to improve the quality of communication system have been put forward,including researching routing clustering algorithm to improve the communication ability of ad hoc network,studying spread spectrum communication technology to decrease channel interference of PLC communication,and using redundant fault-tolerant technology to reduce the phenomenon of missing code or bit error probability.Besides,a new communication code structure has been proposed to solve the problem caused by duplicate code encoding of existing PLC switch.Completed the test and evaluation work of the simulation process of the system,it is verified that the power line carrier communication technology is applicable to the field of lighting equipment control.Based on the results of computer simulation and practical application,it is confirmed that the communication quality has been improved with clustering routing algorithm,spread spectrum communication technology,and redundant fault-tolerant technology,so that the system stability can be guaranteed.Because there is no need to lay additional communication lines for long-distance data transmission by power line carrier technology,to a certain extent,the cost has been reduced.At the same time,the function of monitoring of lighting equipment state can be achieved with the remote monitoring platform in PC in control center.Through remote operation by PC in control center,the lighting equipment can be monitored at any time,and can be timely controlled.So,the system can be used in public places to facilitate the work of lighting equipment management,thereby reducing management costs and waste of resources.
