The Study And Implementation Of LBS Service Based On SIP And IVR

With the rapid development of 3G technology, LBS (Location Based Service) is regarded as one of the most potential value-added services. With CNGI core network passing the approval and acceptance check by the country [1], implement a LBS service system based on SIP and IVR technologies on the CNGI network, meet the customers’ requirements for location information, is what this system expects to realize. Through improving and optimizing the existing SIP capability on the CNGI general service platform, and introducing IVR technology, will not only make a full use of the availabilities of platform, but also create conditions for the platform to develop other value-added services faster and better.This thesis focuses on the following subjects:1) Proposes an improvement scheme to the realization of SIP capability on CGNI general service platform using SIP Servlet instead of JAIN-SIP. Gives a scientific verification and feasibility analysis on the SIP Servlet technology, designs and implements a prototype system based on SIP Servlets.2) Introduces IVR to the platform through Media Server technology. Enable the customers to process query to the location information via voice response pattern. Rich multi-media capability will better meet the customers’ requirements and functional experiences.3) Implements the complex service logic of the LBS system using State design pattern, which enables the system to perform a more clearly and orderly control and execution to the whole service flow.4) Proposes and designs a graphic service creation environment, help users to design the service logic more visually and faster. Meanwhile, the RCP pattern, makes the Eclipse plug-in executes independent with the Eclipse platform, which will bring users much more convenience.
