The Design And Implementation Of Heilongjiang Province Organization Management System

The organization management refers to all statutory social organization function,institutional settings, organization form and management of the number and structure of staff.Organization management has always been the research focus of each unit. Through hardexploration and practice for many years, the organization establishment management work inour province is from beginning to the stage of development. Although we had someachievements in the work of institution organization, there are still many problems inperfecting the work in the new situation. The main problems are that the database isindependent, data cannot be sharing timely and effectively, it loose connection between data,superior leadership cannot be view and grasp the organization information timely andinformation asymmetry and so on. To solve the above problems, this paper presents the designand implementation of the Heilongjiang provincial organization network managementplatform. This platform mainly consists of five systems: the system of real name managementmechanism, the system of electronic system card management, the system of query andstatistical analysis, the system of office resources management and the system of platformfoundation frame. The system of real name management mechanism and the system ofelectronic system card management is the core system of the platform, achieving most of thefunctions of the electronic office. The system of query and statistical analysis provides queryfunction. The system of office resources management provides online office tools which arecommonly used. And can be convenient to operate. The platform can final realize thatleadership can stick out a mile to the organization of the purpose in the office.it can improveefficiency and solve problems of data sharing and information asymmetry. It has very highresearch value and application value.The major research contents are as follows:1. We use C#technology and database technology to realize the mechanism of the realname system, the system makes the complex management easy and clear.2. Electronic card management system, the system has played for real name informationverification and supervision role and ensure effective implementation of the real name system security.3. The system of query and statistical analysis, the system can facilitate the user queryinformation, personnel information, business information.4. The system of office resources management, the system can meet the user commonlyused in the office and basic office tools demand. It’s easy to use.5. The system of platform foundation frame, the system of platform foundation frame isthe fundament of the system, this paper details the platform infrastructure system and thefunction of authority management and rule management.The whole platform development process strictly follows the software developmentprocess, improve the efficiency of the development platform of software, shorten thedevelopment cycle of the platform, and save a lot of manpower and material resources. Afterthe development platform for system testing and acceptance testing. The test results show that,the performance of the system meets the design requirements.
