Innovation Of Managerial Tools For The Public Sector

This paper discusses how to innovate the management tool for public sector based on computer net technology. According to the newest theory of CSCW system, the author builds the cooperative work system on computer net technology and real time multiplayer group communication technology to realize the virtual team cooperative in order to utilize the computer and net to finish work corporately. The paper is divided into 4 parts:1. Summarization of virtual team cooperative work system. This section introduces the basic conceptions, and analyses the need and feasibility of virtual team and computer cooperative work and virtual team.2. Design of virtual team cooperative work system. This section proposes the principle of system macrocosm design and the requirement of system operating circumstances, and then builds the systemic structure.3. Functional analyses of virtual team cooperative work system. This section analyzes the functions of cooperative work system, task management and software deploying management and information communication systems giving the case of virtual software team cooperative exploitation.4. Innovation point of the virtual team cooperative work system. This section mainly explains the benefit of virtual team work system to public sector management innovation.
