The rapid development of the automotive industry, the prosperity of the industryhas also led to the overall development of the automotive market. We should also seetoday’s car market are more competitive, from the fact and the relevant data, theprofits of the automobile industry has shifted from manufacturing to service vehicles.Relevant market statistics show that car services generated profit has accounted formore than half of the total profits of all the automotive industry, vehiclemanufacturing, automotive suppliers generated profits each account for only a smallpart of the profits. In the automotive service industry sprung up everywhere in the carrental industry, which is already quite well developed in the international automotivemarket, it balances the contradiction automobile manufacturing and automobileconsumption in the middle of, and successfully broadened the service automotiveservice industry, it also It is bound to be a big trend in the direction and future ofautomotive service industry. China’s car rental market is also in the ascendant phase, with the introduction of foreign advanced management experience, combined with therelatively large size of the country, well run, led the huge potential of the domestic carrental companies, domestic car rental industry is also gradually expand and occupy acertain market share, and this trend is constantly expanding. Car rental companiesneed not only for those who should buy purchasing the vehicle to rent to reduce costs, without having to bear the same burdens in terms of vehicle maintenance and repair, and car rental can also be used to improve the bus system for civil servants, so that theorgans, institutions The car the way towards market-oriented development. On the other hand, we also see that the car rental industry as a sunrise business, which is more stable and rapid development, is inseparable from the support ofinformation technology. Traditional car rental industry are hand-management operations, including internal company’s daily management and vehicle leasingprocess management, which would lead to a waste of human and material resources toa large extent, so that the efficiency is very low, the impact of corporate operatingprofits. Through the development of the car rental management system, based on theneeds of the relevant feature set design, before the manual are in easy operation of thecomputer is replaced, so that only a small number of administrators to do most of thedaily work, saving labor costs, but also enhance the work efficiency, indirectlyincreasing the company’s profits.Based on the above market background and development of functionalrequirements, we design the design of vehicle rental management system that canactually use. Development tools are visual studio2010, using C#as the programminglanguage, using SQL Server2008as the database, based on the popular C/Sdevelopment mode. Design of the four major functional modules, namely: systemmanagement module, daily service module, vehicle information module, customerloyalty module, each module of the system is given use case diagram for the corefunctionality shows the timing diagram, and for each a functional module in eachspecific features are given the realization process and run shot. Our system has alsopassed system testing, meeting the management needs of leasing companies. For future maintenance of the system, I make it more suitable and conducive tobusiness management according to business requirements, and to combining thecutting-edge technology and ideas. Through the development of this system I have amore profound understanding of knowledge for the future development of othersystems for application development and database systems.
