At present,the home stay facility is a popular way of travel,accommodation,short rent users are also very like the home stay facility,it has some advantages,including the lease price moderate,the experience of domestic and so on,it has developed into important accommodation category,after the star hotel,quick hotel,the farmyard.As a new accommodation and home stay facility,its distribution range is wide,the landlord for individual problems make it cater to the Internet economy is difficult,you need to thinking and application software technology to change Internet information.The Internet company engaged in leasing business,home stay for a long time in the Internet technical support,hope to integrate the home stay facility resources,expand the scale of operation,improving the quality of business services.In this thesis,an advanced homestay rental management system is introduced through the use of smart phone as the operating tool,and the Android operating system is taken as the application object to form a system platform that meets the needs of current resident dormitory administrators,which can solve the problems of the Internet application of homestay industry.In terms of technology,this study takes Android system as the background and introduces Java and H5 for system development.Java language can realize the basic framework of App and H5 can realize kernel construction,so as to meet the needs of future cross-platform upgrading.In terms of the development framework,the system chooses the route combination of J2EE+MySQL+SQLite,which can realize the message intercommunication and business mutual assistance between the smartphone end and the server end.In addition,it can solve the business connection problem in the data transmission process through the Json framework.In order to meet the application value of the system,the system added the landlord assistant module to realize the daily house management management of the landlord of home stay,solve the management problems of the landlord,and realize high-quality services for the leaseholder.The system will also introduce function modules such as house source maintenance,customer message,house status query and system security.In order to achieve business goals,meet market and user needs,the system will be analyzed and designed through UML tools.The paper also expounds the contents step by step through the chapters of technical theory,system demand analysis,system design and system realization.Through this research and application,the expected demand for centralized management of home stay facilities can be achieved to improve and promote the development of home stay facilities.
