With the development of the new energy vehicle market,the active car rental gradually entered the public's awareness,and the major car companies have laid out.The short-distance travel market has spawned the emergence of several leasing companies,and the strong entry of the capital market has caused explosive development of the leasing market.From the perspective of the promotion of new energy vehicles,the introduction of the active car rental system under the private leasing mode of electric vehicles not only provides new ideas for the promotion of domestic electric vehicles,but also brings a breakthrough to the private consumer market of electric vehicles.The active car rental system mainly completes the management of various businesses in the process of active car rental,and obtains the business functions of the active car rental system by sorting out the demands of car rental business and the actual needs of customers.According to the actual management situation,five basic functional modules of active car rental and the corresponding mobile APP business module are summarized,including core modules of basic data management,member management,operation information configuration,business operation management,and preferential activity management.The APP side on mobile includes user identity authentication,finding a car,using a car,returning a car,and paying.In the design process of the system,ASP.NET technology based on B/S mode is adopted in the background.The application of APP side on mobile is based on Java programming language,and MVC framework is added.ORM open source framework IBatis.Net technology is adopted to realize the separation of program business logic and the page,that improving system maintainability,scalability,and reusability.The implementation and testing of the system are based on the various functional modules of the system,including the implementation interface and core algorithm of the functional module.The implementation process mainly uses ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2014 database.The active car rental system provides convenient inquiry and reservation services through the application of smart phones,and increases the user interaction path.The system is fully automated,eliminating the need for personnel management at each site,and reducing operational labor costs.By self-renting electric vehicles,users can rent and return the car at site at any time,reducing the cost of using the rental car,improving the utilization rate of the rental enterprises,and creating an efficient,green,convenient and intelligent rental service network.The system greatly conforms to the user's car psychology,which is convenient for users to travel,shortens the time for users to find cars and return cars,and also saves manpower,material resources and financial resources,and increases the profit of enterprises.
