Design And Implementation Of Car Rental Management System

Information technology has a rapid development as the rapid development of Internet technology, at the same time, the informatization of car rental industry is also becoming more and more necessary and urgent. At present, the car rental industry of our country is still in the initial stage, the service level can not meet the rapid development of the rental market demand, the traditional management system has been hampered by the development of that. Currently,most of the car rental companies depend on the manual operation for the rental management, there is no unified information management database, which makes the management confused, the efficiency of work is low, and can not meet the actual needs. Based on the above issues, in this paper a car rental management system is studied and developed, as an e-commerce platform it is based on B/S architecture, and designed and developed according to the car rental business process to achieve the unity management for the rental activities.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, through the investigation of the demand of the management process of the rental enterprises, to analyze and plan the business logic function module of the system, and then the database is designed to include the information of user,cost, order, customer, vehicle and so on.Second, base on the corresponding business logic function module and the designed database structure, the system uses JSP to implement the above function module, consist of the information management of vehicle rental,customer, employee, finance and data statistic and analysis module. The system makes use of JSP, Bean, My SQL for the Three-tier model to complete the development of the car rental management. JSP is mainly for the display of the system, Bean is for the implement of the business logic function, My SQL is forthe storage and processing of the system data.Third, the fully test of system that each function module for unit test performed as long as the system is completed, includes the function modules of user interface and algorithm, each function module is tested in detail by designing test cases. The test results show that the function modules of the system have reached the expected results with considerable stability.The car rental management system of this paper can help those enterprises to open up online trading channels, it will make the enterprise daily management more standardized and efficient, save the enterprise management cost and manpower cost, at the same time make the daily business management more intelligent.
