In recent years,the competition in China’s banking industry is gettingmore and more intense, forcing Banks to reform human resourcesmanagement system, widen the channel of the business development.ForBanks, on the premise that information is safe, office information andautomation is the foundation of business, therefore, design and developinformation system determines the development of the Banks. As a keylink of the information system, Bank personnel salary managementsystem playing an increasingly important role to make decisions in theauxiliary enterprises, strengthen the supervision of bank.At present,Industrial and commercial bank of China, Jilin branchbusiness department ‘s personnel salary system could complete basicstatistical functions such as information management and salarymanagement, but without attendance management and job evaluationinformation management, it cannot contact attendance with evaluationresults, else for employee information and employee wages. It still needto use the spreadsheet calculation to deal Salary data, it takes a lot oftime and effort.For the present situation,first,describes the research significance ofpersonnel salary management system, the main content of the study andexplaining the details such as database paradigm. Then on the basis of requirement, use the method of system development and technology todesign system module,combined with the industrial and commercial bankof China Jilin province branch ‘s personnel salary management,using C/Sstructure mode, designing a system for the personnel file management,use case diagram, class diagram, the description of the sequence diagramshows the implementation and operation of the personnel salarymanagement system,all of them are introduced and the screen shot of theprogram is put on the article. Second, it gives the implementation of thepersonnel salary system and system test, as more as possible to eliminateerrors. Finally, referring to the disadvantages of this system and thedevelopment direction of the future.This article summarize the designing and implementation of theindustrial and commercial bank of China,Jilin branch businessdepartment’s personnel salary management system.By using this system,personnel file management and salary query work are more simple, notonly improves the efficiency of the staff, but also reduces the workload ofmanagers. For the industrial and commercial bank of China,Jilin branchbusiness department’s personnel salary system has important realisticsignificance and practical significance.
