| The information management system is more and more popular in the enterprisewith the quick development of computer technology as the managerial effectivenesshas been improved greatly. Before, the personnel management work is unifiedassigned by the University without independent responsibility in my departmentwhich is an internal institution in the University. And now it becomes an individualentity of the enterprise management with the reform in the university-run enterprise.The previous personnel management information system can not satisfy therequirement in daily work as it is based on excel, which depends on manual input(orthe print of manual input) and delivery. The way is outdated and will causenonstandard input, poor sharing and inefficiency. Thus, it is very important andnecessary to set up a modern personnel management system supported by theinformation technology.Enterprise personnel management system is a typical information managementsystem. The background of the system is from the daily personnel work in myenterprise. It is comprised of personnel management module, salary managementmodule, system setting module and user management module. It is designed with C/Sarchitecture, and it accesses the database with the ADO.NET data interface. Thedatabase and the development environment of the system is SQL SERVER2005andC#.NET. It is very easy to use for various people because it caters the requirement ofthe personnel management work and has a intuitive and convenient operationinterface.There are four modules in the system: personnel management module, salarymanagement module, system setting module and user management module. Thepersonnel management module is for the input and maintenance of personnel archivesof the staff in the enterprise, which including archives management, transfermanagement, evaluation management and rewards and punishments management.The function of salary management system covers monthly salary information input,adjusting accounts and statistics which including attendance, allowance and salarystatistics. There are department management and data back functions in systemmanagement module. User management module implements the function of multipleaccounts management and administration authority.It is introduced with detail about the system development procedure and waysby the following sections: development background, technology, requirement analysis,system design, and system implementation. |
