The personnel management of the ZhejiangSunon company is complex and heavy workload, mistakes cannot be avoided while it consumes a lot of manpower. The company sets up branch company second tier city, future the company will continue to expand to three or four line city, this approach has been unable to adapt to current and future management of demand, the electronic personnel and salary management is an inevitable choice with the help of the Internet and electronic information technology.In this thesis, the system is implemented according to the actual situation of personnel salary management. Personnel salary management system is used B/S structure based on Web technology. The system is analyzed using use case diagram tools and flow diagram. The construction of personnel salary management system is completed combined with database and JSP technology.First, the background of research and development of personnel salary management system is cleared, the related technologies such as JSP and Web technology are researched. The actual operation of personnel salary management is get with the help of a variety of channels, the system functional requirements are analyzed using case diagram. the performance requirements of system are listed.Then three layer architecture of personnel salary management system are cleared, the role of all levels is cleared, at the same time, the system is divided into multiple functions, including self-service, personnel management, payroll management, attendance management, statement analysis, and system management, the database is designed. Finally according to the design scheme,the personnel salary system is coded using JSP technology, At the same time, the test of this system is completed, ensure the personnel salary system in line with the requirements on the function and performance.Personnel salary management system meets the needs of practical management, the informatization of the personnel management in company is realized, it effectively improves the efficiency of in personnel and wage management, avoids the previous problems exist in the process of artificial management, effectively manages the salary management of data, strengthens the applications of the personnel and wage data in the form of reports.
