Today’s society and enterprises get rapid development, with enterprise’s need for talents changing. With the development of the market and information technology, enterprise of talent recruitment is changing, too. As the traditional manpower recruitment mode can no longer satisfy the needs of enterprise of talent, recruitment enterprise arises at the historic moment. Besides with the transformation of social and economic model, the competition between enterprises are changing from the product and technology competition to the competition for customers and service, customer relationship management (CRM) gets more and more attention.Recruiters are the modern enterprise which take the customer as the center and take the customer’s value to determine the market demand. Though there are certain management patterns in the aspect of customer relationship management (CRM) in the recruiters, yet as the promotion of the enterprise’s strategic objectives and the development of business, there are still some problems existing in the informationization construction of the customer relationship management currently.Because the customer relationship management information system is mostly composed of multiple distributed internal and external business application currently, there are multiple entry in the user authentication, accessing information and work which make the complexity and difficulty of use increasing with the increase of business applications. The lack of unified standard between each business application construction makes customer resources difficult to control and easy to loss, market activity difficult to control in sales process, companies form multifarious and approval process long, the management of after-sales service difficult. All the system information can’t interaction effectively, so it is not conducive to normative requirements of informationization construction of customer relationship management (CRM).At the same time, with the promotion of enterprise application, there will be a growing contradiction between the old and the new system, and the differences of the application interface design or operating habits in distributed business make employees have to learn each business application respectively. With the increase of work, all kinds of affairs need to be handled are increasingly multifarious.To settle the current requirement of recruitment enterprise customer relationship management and future development in extending, this paper will be based on the analysis of the shortcomings of existing situation, then according to the actual recruitment enterprise business, achieve the goal of system positioning to design and implement the system. Strengthen enterprise management, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, and lay the foundation for enterprises’expand development in the future.This paper describes the research significance and the development of this system at home and abroad at first, then the organization structure of the thesis. Then the paper introduces professional knowledge involved in the field including customer relationship management and recruitment of enterprise, the technology used in the process of design and implementation the system is also briefly introduced at the same time. After determining the system’s construction target, the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements are expounded. And according to the demand analysis the system get overall design, including the system function design, performance design and database design. Then design the system in detail and implement it based on the overall design. The implementation effect are expounded and the work is summarized.
