With the development of economic globalization and improvement of the level of socialinformation, modern enterprises are facing to highly competition. With the situation, how toget information of market and consuming, how to meet the needs of customers with makingfully use of these information, how to increase the loyalty and satisfaction are the importantproblem of enterprise to solve in the future. Customer relation management system makesfully use of the information science, with managing the information of related market andcustomers simultaneously. And then, it analyses the enterprises’ applications effectively. Alsoit simplifies the business flow and serves more the customers.It is different from traditional architectures that J2EE contains many components andmainly designed for simplifying and norming the development and deployment ofapplications. The development of enterprise platform has high safety, reliability andexpansibility. And it solves the products in enterprises are hardly compatible with each other.Hence, customer relation management system based on J2EE came out under this situation. Inthis paper, the author will take a project as an example to illustrate the research of it.
