With the gradual improvement of social labor security system and the changes of the job-seeker's concept in employment, labor services dispatching has been rapidly developed in China. However, in many enterprises, the level of the human resource management on contingent labor is quite low. So, how to improve the core business process and how to use information technology to integrate various contingent labor human resources have become challenges for a growing number of enterprises.Lean Six Sigma has provided a set of methods about business process optimization, which we can use to optimize the contingent labor human resource management process. On the other hand, Electronic Human Resource (EHR) is a kind of system, which bases on information technique, centers on personnel. Based on the process optimization and specific requirements, we can improve the contingent labor human resource management efficiency and introduce the new management mode by establishing an e-HR system.In the beginning of this paper, fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma are briefly introduced, and the features, advantages and related technologies of e-HR are analyzed. Then the paper expatiates the significance of the building a contingent labor e-HR system, and discusses the use of Lean Six Sigma method on optimizing the core process of contingent labor human resource management. In the third chapter, the main content and the planning steps of a typical contingent labor e-HR system are also been discussed.Then, an example of contingent labor e-HR in A company is given. In this example, how to apply DMAIC approach to the process improving has been explained. And on this basis, the demand analysis and system design of the contingent labor e-HR are emphasized. The paper also discusses some key points and difficulties of the system development.In a word, this paper makes an useful attempt to apply Lean Six Sigma to the contingent labor human resource management. And based on this, it emphasizes the analysis, design and development of a kind of contingent labor human resource e-HR system.
