In the field of complicated industrial environment monitoring, a safe, reliable, easy to use and simple in wiring solution with high applicability is needed. Wireless sensor network as a new technology, can collect and monitor of environmental information, and upload to the wireless user. This technology is widely used in military, medical, agriculture and other areas, and begin to cause the attention of the industry. Therefore, the research of wireless sensor technology application in industry is of great significance.A scheme based on multi-bus protocol for wireless data acquisition system was proposed through in-depth analysis of the needs of the industrial site. Wired and wireless communication structure combines RS485/RS232are selected. The wireless part adopts Diji Company’s XBEE Zigbee wireless communication module to realize the star network topology. Wired part adopts the standard Profibus protocol or Modbus protocol to realize master-slave communication. Data acquisition part uses a variety of sensors to complete environmental information detection. Interface is designed by WINCC software in PC to complete data display and storage. STM32is used as the microprocessor; Profibus protocol stack and the Modbus protocol stack are transplanted, keil uVision4software is used as the compilation environment.This thesis describes the system requirements and the overall program, hardware design, software design and debugging process. Hardware design includes components of wireless slave and data acquisition nodes, schematics and PCB. Software designs including switching and transplant from Profibus to Zigbee protocol and from Modbus to Zigbee protocol, and also include data collection program. Finally, the display of system is tested by the PC software.After completing the whole system, we conducted the site debugging, the system can run stably, and it can automatically acquire the environment information. Experiments show that this system can avoid the traditional cable system’s disadvantages, such as high cost, poor compatibility, low safety factor,etc. Moreover, this system is innovative and practical.
