Nowadays,broadcasting is attacked by television, newspapers and computers. What’s more, under the background information of the growing popularity of mobile Internet, broadcasting meets more difficulties to develop in the context of broadband Chinese strategy. In this situation, the broadcasting company should change the mechanism and use the mobile multimedia platform to open up a new way for their proposed development.So the mass-decentralization is the best way for the development. How to attract the attention of the audience becomes the key to the media in the vast amounts of information. Traditional mass communication model has obviously not suitable for mobile media.If the companies work carefully and painstakingly in their fields, and constantly improve the customer’s loyalty degree, they will promote the prosperity of broadcasting industry again.There are five aspects to discuss how to make it better that take the road of mass-decentralization in broadband China strategy. Firstly, at the beginning of study, the author discussed the background information, significance and the necessity of article.Secondly, the author discussed the advantages of phone broadcasting and mass-decentralization which are the foundation of text. The third part, there are three necessary reasons comes from the media, marketing and audience to analysis. The fourth part is the core of this article, it pointed out how to carry out mass-decentralization and go deep into the content in the actual operation. In the fifth part, it explores how to conduct mass-decentralization and what problems still exist through questionnaires and in-depth interviews which come from the feedback from audiences. The last part, it provides the experiences in the presence of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.
