Research On The International Development Of Technology Innovation Of Chinese Mobile Phone Enterprises

With the in-depth implementation of the supply-side structural reforms,Chinese companies have accelerated their pace of globalization.Chinese companies have entered an active period of development,and innovation internationalization has become the development direction of Chinese companies.In recent years,with the advent of the intelligent era,the technological innovation of most Chinese companies has developed rapidly,especially the development of the entire mobile phone industry.Mobile phone companies have gradually moved to overseas markets and developed high-tech,which are becoming important forces in China's overseas market.The thesis takes Huawei's internationalization of technological innovation as the main case.Based on the related theories of the internationalization of enterprise technology innovation and enterprise development,this paper explores the current status and problems of internationalization development of Chinese mobile phone companies,and then analyzes the case of Huawei's development of technology innovation internationalization.The case analysis of the challenge of internationalization of technological innovation and the comparative analysis of internationalization of technological innovation with other domestic mobile phones show that Huawei is leading and courageous in the development of technological innovation internationalization.In terms of empirical analysis of Huawei,the thesis builds a comprehensive performance evaluation index system based on technical innovation indicators and 2011-2018 years data from Huawei's annual report,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to measure Huawei's technological innovation internationalization capability level.It carried out a gray forecast to predict the development of Huawei's technological innovation internationalization in the next five years.The results show that Huawei's technological innovation internationalization capability has been continuously improved in the past eight years,and it will rise more steeply in the next five years than in the previous eight years.In terms of the influencing factors of Huawei's technological innovation internationalization,the paper is based on seven important influencing factors oftechnological innovation human resources,technological innovation organization,technological R & D investment intensity,technological patents,the number of technological innovation contracts,overseas marketization and internationalization of products.Then this paper adopts the principal component regression analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of Huawei's internationalization technological innovation.The results show that each of the influencing factors has a positive driving effect on the internationalization of Huawei's technological innovation.Among them,the number of technological innovation organizations,the degree of internationalization,and the number of technology contracts are crucial.The degree of overseas marketization,technology patents,and technology R & D investment And technical innovation human resources are important supports.Finally,the thesis summarizes the enlightenment obtained from the internationalization of Huawei's technological innovation,and gives corresponding suggestions for the development of international technological innovation for Chinese mobile phone companies.
