With the rapid development of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers,China has the world's largest smartphone market and the most complete mobile phone industry chain.While China's mobile phone manufacturers are committed to domestic development,they are also actively going global.Currently,HUAWEI has signed a third of the global 5G contracts;MI has been number one in India for six consecutive quarters.In addition,with the improvement of mobile phone quality and the extension of the replacement cycle,the Chinese mobile phone market tends to be saturated.Before 5G technology is fully commercialized,ultra-high screen proportion technology and AI cannot trigger a new wave of replacement,and overseas market has become an important choice for mobile phone manufacturers to seek breakthroughs.It will provide valuable experience for other mobile phone manufacturers to go global by analyzing and summarizing the risks and coping strategies of internationalization development of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers.First of all,this paper takes Chinese mobile phone manufacturers as the research object,and on the basis of analyzing the background of mobile phone manufacturers,it excavates and sorts out the theoretical data such as the motivation of enterprise internationalization,the strategy of enterprise internationalization,and the development strategy of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers' internationalization,as the theoretical reserve for the paper.Secondly,on the basis of product life cycle theory and international trade theory,the internationalcompetitiveness of Chinese mobile phones is calculated by using revealed comparative advantage index(RCA)and international market share(MS),so as to obtain the internal motivation of internationalization of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers.Through the analysis of the current situation of Chinese mobile phone market,the development trend of related industries and the implementation of national policies,the external motivation for the internationalization of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers is summarized.Thirdly,this paper summarizes the obvious problems of transnational operation of Chinese mobile phone manufacturing enterprises,on this basis,through analyzing the strategic planning of enterprises,it further puts forward the hidden problems that Chinese mobile phone manufacturing enterprises will face.Next,introduce the case of MI phones in the Indian market.Cluster analysis was used to classify MI phones,PEST model and mutation progression method were used to describe the macro environment of India,and the fitting degree of the two was analyzed.Finally,it focuses on the analysis of MI's business strategy and successful experience in India,and compares it with OnePlus to form enlightening suggestions and provide guidance for internationalization development of Chinese mobile phone manufacturers.There are both opportunities and challenges in the international development of Chinese mobile phone manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to fully absorb the experience of successful enterprises,improve the risk warning mechanism,enhance the innovation ability and enhance the core competitiveness.
