Under the background of the rapid development of industrial Internet of things,the continuous breakthrough of automation technology makes the change of goods storage and transportation from traditional warehouse to automated warehouse.This paper comes from the enterprise project.The dust and noise of the production site exceed the standard,and the materials are stacked in disorder.The existing control system of the three-dimensional warehouse can only realize the basic functions.According to the production needs,the project optimizes the communication mode,expands the monitoring terminal,adds analog control,and designs a set of efficient and stable automated warehouse control system to optimize the storage and transportation space and improve the production efficiency.First of all,we investigate the enterprise site to determine the shelf scale of the three-dimensional warehouse.After comprehensive analysis,we put forward the overall design scheme.According to the actual situation,we design the control mode of manual and single machine automatic stacker,design the working process of upper computer and lower computer,and further refine according to the different picking and inventory process.In terms of hardware design,Mitsubishi PLC is used as the core of hardware system,and the order sent by the upper computer is executed to realize the picking up and inventory.Firstly,based on the traditional communication mode,the wireless communication mode between the upper computer and the lower computer is changed to adapt to the actual situation,the monitoring and remote control mechanism of the upper computer system is designed,the power execution mechanism of the stacker to and from the designated bin and the delivery platform is designed,and the protection mechanism for dealing with abnormal working conditions is designed,According to the above design,the hardware components of each subsystem are selected reasonably.In terms of software design,the corresponding development software is selected according to PLC and upper computer touch screen,the man-machine interface is designed according to the system workflow,the relevant parameters are configured,and the monitoring terminal is expanded.In the lower computer system,the communication connection between PLC and each executive element is improved,and the logic program of stacker picking up inventory is designed.On the basis of the normal working procedure,the analog control procedure which can adjust the speed of the motor according to the weight of the goods and the common handling procedure which can deal with the abnormal working conditions are added.At present,the automatic control system has been real-time debugged and put into use.In the enterprise field,the stacker can successfully complete the picking up and inventory tasks according to the instructions of the upper computer,and obtain better optimization feedback.Therefore,the control system meets the design requirements in the aspects of systematicness,safety,stability and practicability,and achieves the expected effect,which is worthy of further development,improvement and upgrading.
