The system covers file management, party work management, corporation common seal management, flow approval management and fire equipment management and so on. The system is designed based on the requirement of the practical administrative business, and realized by using Microsoft SQL Server2012and Visual Studio.NET2012. The user interface and operation of the system are simple. Moreover, the system security is ensured by utilizing the access control based on the user role.The availability, business logic and performance of the system are tested. Test results show all function modules can operate reliably and securely directing at the expected design, and meet the practical requirement. The system has been actually deployed and put into use at Dalian Xinxingda Building Decoration Engineering Co Ltd. The actual use shows the system contributes to the full sharing of administrative information, improves the efficiency of the administrative business work and reduces the cost. |
