Design And Implementation Of Multimedia Classroom Management System Of Xinjiang University Of Finance&Economics

With the wide acceptance of multi-media teaching methods in society, the multi-media teaching equipments play a more and more important role in improving the quality and method of teaching. Therefore, many domestic colleges and universities have strengthened the construction of multi-media classrooms. The increasing number of multi-media classrooms in Xinjiang-university of finance&economics bring many problems about the management, construction and using of the equipments. These problems mainly focus on the lack of maintenance personnel, large workload, and tedious equipment statistical process etc.In order to ensure the normal operation of multi-media teaching equipments, it has important actual significance for developing a multi-media classroom management system which includes an opening system architecture, big management function, friendly interface, flexibility and easy expansion to meet the requirement of the university. In the concrete implementation process of multimedia classroom management it comprehensively embraces SQL Server technology, Java Technology, and Struts framework technology. Based on the actual requirement the system is divided into system setting module, equipment management module, periodic check module, user management module, database maintenance module, and statistic report module. The System achieves querying, equipment register, equipment fault repairs, personnel management and repair record through campus network.After a period of trial operation in Xinjiang university of finance&economics system runs smoothly and quickly. It meets user’s actual needs bitterly.
