In the concrete performance history, the thesis first introduced the project management background and the present situation and the technical support which is needed for implement the system, and indicated the inevitability and the technical nature to develop this system, then combining the actual situation, the thesis has carried on the demand analysis and the system design for the project, and revolving the company project management standardization and data transparence, and enhancing the communication efficiency, for the following process improvement and corporating the management becoming an information based society accumulation experience.
