Design Of Multimedia Classroom Management System Based On Java EE

With the rapid development of network technology and mobile Internet technology,more and more kinds of informatization and automation management applications came into being.In the field of higher education,with the constant improvement of the operating conditions,the increasing number of multimedia classroom in colleges and universities,which takes a huge pressure to the management work.Due to the backward management condition,the role of multimedia classroom in the teaching is limited,which is not satisfied with the actual needs of open education.Based on the current condition of multimedia classroom in the Xi 'an medical college,through research and analysis,this paper proposes a web-based platform,mobile Internet technology,which the classroom,multimedia teaching equipment,service,repair and maintenance and other business integration design scheme of integrated information platform,called multimedia classroom management system.Compared with other common multimedia classroom application system,the main characteristic of this system is not only information management of multimedia classrooms,but also integrate with the existing educational system,the staff of the school system and the classroom door control equipment.And according to the correlation between these systems,the accurate and effective data sharing and work together is achieved.As the user of the system,the platform make teachers and students really participate in the multimedia classroom teaching and management activities to implement schedule the query,classroom reservation and equipment failure reporting.There are mainly three technical difficulties in the system research and design,firstly,the schedule data integration in the educational administration system,secondly,the staff data integration in the IC card system,thirdly,the classroom door entrance guard controller system schedule,these data integration and sharing needs different database software and data table structure.Middleware technology is adopted in the system design,according to the function process,based on the data and Web database,using Hibernate framework to implement the needs of heterogeneous database information access.The scheme research system is implemented,divided into Web server and the mobile client.Using object-oriented method and technology,the main functions of the system in the Web server,using Java EE technology platform,not only realizes the classroom,equipment and failure information management,but also implements the schedule,teacher certification,entrance guard control between the data sharing and integration functional.This system has been tested in the Xi 'an medical college and has achieved a desired effect,and ready to practical application.The system can improve school management of multimedia classroom,and promote the school information sharing and integration between various application systems,also improve school teaching resources optimization management and standardized management level.
