Fiber fusion splicer is a kind of fusion instrument which is widely used in optical fiber communication. Most of the fiber welding machine’s alignment technique is used by imaging lens contour alignment system on the market currently! Other alignment technique is a kind of indirect alignment technique. The alignment of optical power detection technology is a kind of technology that based on two to be fused fiber optical coupling methods for assessing the effect of aligning technology, according to the vacancies and shortages of domestic aligned optical power detection technology, the main work including:1. New model design was finished for the alignment of the optical power detection.2.An experimental research of the new model for the alignment of the optical power detection was completed.3、The coupling system design for the coupling of fiber-laser is used by ZEMAX, designing a diode laser simulation light source by ZEMAX,and designing a combination of lens coupling system, finally both meet the design requirements.
