With the development of optical communication technology,the fusion turns into an essential equipment. The mainstream fusion is composed of the following four parts: integrated circuit of centering control, picture processing of optical image, the motor control of motion platform and the control of high-pressure discharge. The paper is based on the non-imaging optics theory aligning the position of fibers, when splicing data collection system is putted forward. Besides, the paper also designs a high-voltage power supply module with discharge intensity adjustment.High-voltage power supply module contains power circuit and centering control circuit. The technology of boost switched-mode supply is adopted to power circuit, which is on the base of the chip of SG3525 centering control and isolated flyback control with pulse-width modulation.The centering control circuit adopts AT89C51 as main control chip by the way of altering duty ratio of PWM signal to adjust the discharge intensity. Consequently,the module provides two electrodes 2kV-4kV voltage and 10-20mA electric current.Splicing data acquisition system consists of lower computer hardware and upper computer software. The lower computer hardware includes light source?photoelectric sensor?signal condition circuits and data acquisition card. The upper computer software based on virtual LabVIEW instrument platform to connect and analyze optical power data,achieving optical power and splicing loss value real-time display as aligning. Subsequently, the assessment of fiber splicing loss and splicing data report are give access to users.
