Art recruitment platform, which is a comprehensive application platform, isdesigned for the convenience of our candidates to apply and to query results. Thisplatform will not only save the cost of the candidates, but also reduce the cost ofrecruit institutions, and then minimize the social risk of being focus applies.The overall design follows the software engineering methods, finished thesections of feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, overall design, documentationand code preparation and the platform testing. The platform found favor in all therecruit institutions and all candidates’ eyes after using. Candidates will make anapplication within10minutes instead of1or2days, saving60percent of recruitmentexpenses for the recruit institutions. The design of the platform is simple and easy tooperate; the program structure is really stable and secure. After registration,Candidates can fill out their personal information, select the majors, upload pictures,select testing date, pay the bill online, get the admission ticket number(temporaryinvisible for the candidates), modify the testing date, personal picture andinformation before a special date, print admission ticket, take the examination, queryscore. It is helpful for recruit institutions to audit the candidate personal information,set the daily number of candidates, set up majors, adjusting the time of examination,allocate room,, set ticket printing time, mark papers, issue certificates, date exporting,etc. Those data is saved in three databases to ensure the privacy and safety, thecandidate information database (inaccessible after application), the candidateapplication database and the score database. This system has been tested and canbasically meet the needs of candidates and recruit institutions.
