Software outsourcing is that some developed countries the software company will be somesoftware project they give human resources are relatively low cost countries, developed by the formof outsourcing, in order to reduce the cost of software development. As everyone knows, the cost ofsoftware development in70%of the cost of human resources, therefore, reduce the cost of humanresources will effectively reduce the cost of software development.
